MONEY-BACK POLICY

I. MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE RULES

In addition to refund rights available under applicable laws, if you made a purchase directly on our website and the money-back option was presented to you during the checkout, you are eligible to receive a refund provided that all of the following conditions are met.

  • 1) you contact us via email support@lift.bio within 30 days after your initial purchase and before the end of your subscription period;
  • 2) you have used our app and can demonstrate this by sending us proof of use of 5 Reels video templates and 5 images that use our Instagram Stories templates.

We will review your application and notify you (by email) whether your application is approved.

IMPORTANT STATEMENT

Please note that only fulfillment of all the above requirements allows you to receive a full Voluntary Refund under “Money-back guarantee”. For the sake of clarity, this “Money-back guarantee” does not apply to the following cases:

  • you want to receive a refund for the trial subscription;
  • you have made more than one purchase and want to receive a refund for previous purchases;
  • you think that you do not need the App anymore and you won't use it;
  • you have made a purchase by accident; and
  • you have previously received a refund under this policy.

II. GENERAL REFUND RULES

We value any feedback and do everything to make our customers happy with our products and services. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our services, you can get a refund subject to the above “Money-back Guarantee” rules.

In other cases, the fees you have paid are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable, unless required by applicable law. Also, certain refund requests may be considered by our company on a case-by-case basis and granted at our sole discretion.

A refund can usually be claimed only during the subscription period. If the subscription period has expired before you made a request for a refund, we will not be able to provide you with a refund.

NOTE FOR RESIDENTS OF CERTAIN US STATES:

If you reside in California or Connecticut and cancel the purchase at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of such purchase, we will return the payment you have made.

NOTE FOR EU CITIZENS:

If you are an EU user, you have a period of 14 days to withdraw from a contract, without giving any reason, and without incurring any costs.

Subject to the above clause, to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by e-mail. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you have been presented with, and you have provided your prior express consent to begin the performance during the right of withdrawal period and acknowledgment that you will lose your right of withdrawal, then, unless the Service is defective, you will not be eligible for a refund in relation to digital content and will only be eligible to a proportional refund in relation to digital service. If this provision applies, we will provide you with a copy of the confirmation of your prior express consent and acknowledgment on a durable medium.
